Whiteboard Drawing Studio ("we", "our", "us", or "the App") is a drawing and whiteboard application developed by T.S Studio. The App allows users to create, edit, save, share and print drawings and other visual content.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.
1. Information We Access
Photos and Images
The App may allow you to select images or files from your device using Android's system file/photo selection functionality.
Images or files selected by you are used only for the functionality you request, such as adding an image to a whiteboard.
We do not automatically upload your personal photos or selected files to our own servers.
Whiteboards and User-Created Content
Whiteboards, drawings and related content created by you may be stored locally on your device so that you can access and use your work.
We do not intentionally collect or sell your drawings, whiteboards, personal photos, or other user-created content.
2. Internet Access
The App may require Internet access for certain online functionality and third-party services, including Google Play services and Google Play Billing.
Internet access does not mean that your drawings, personal photos, or other personal files are automatically uploaded to our servers.
3. Google Play Billing
Whiteboard Drawing Studio may provide optional paid digital features through Google Play Billing.
Payments and payment processing are handled by Google Play.
We do not directly collect or store your credit card number, debit card number, UPI credentials, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
Purchase-related information may be processed by Google Play to complete, verify, and manage transactions.

4. Advertising
The current version of Whiteboard Drawing Studio does not display advertisements.
In a future version, we may introduce advertising functionality.
If advertising is introduced, the App may use a third-party advertising service such as Google AdMob. Such advertising services may independently process certain device, advertising, diagnostic, or advertising-interaction information according to their own privacy policies and applicable Google Play requirements.
If advertising is introduced and materially changes the App's data practices, this Privacy Policy and the App's Google Play Data Safety information will be updated accordingly.
5. Data Collection and Sharing
We do not intentionally collect or sell personal or sensitive personal information from users.
We do not sell your personal information, drawings, photos, or user-created content.
The App does not require you to create a user account in order to use its basic whiteboard functionality.
Certain third-party services may process information necessary for their own functionality, such as:
- Google Play for Google Play Billing and purchase processing.
- Third-party advertising services, only if advertising is introduced in a future version.
- Other third-party services, if required for a specific App feature.
Such third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
We do not intentionally transfer personal or sensitive user information to third parties for sale.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
We do not intentionally collect or store personal or sensitive personal information that is not required for the App's functionality.
User-created whiteboards and drawings may be stored locally on the user's device.
Where applicable third-party services transmit information over the Internet, those services are expected to use appropriate security measures, including encrypted connections such as HTTPS.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because the App is primarily designed to store whiteboards and drawings locally on the user's device, we do not maintain a personal online account or personal cloud database for the basic whiteboard functionality.
Locally stored App data can be removed by the user through Android's App settings, by clearing the App's data, or by uninstalling the App.
If future versions introduce online accounts or server-side storage of personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the applicable retention and deletion procedures.
8. Children's Privacy
Whiteboard Drawing Studio is a general-purpose application and is not specifically directed toward children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices.
